Challenge

For this project, we were able to build a modern apartment building with owner-occupied and rental apartments—fully automated with Loxone. Our goal was to combine maximum living comfort, energy efficiency, and security. Thanks to intelligent Loxone technology, all residents benefit from centrally controlled building technology that adapts to their individual needs, regardless of whether they own or rent their apartment.

Solution

In this project, the entire electrical installation was implemented using Loxone. This enabled us to intelligently network all systems and create a future-proof, comfortable, and energy-efficient solution—perfectly tailored to the requirements of the building and its occupants.

Thanks to Loxone's flexibility, we were able to meet all requirements.
