They wanted to build a fire protection system in the old METROSTAVA office building, due to the condition of the building.
The competing offer was a solution from Loxone for a tenth of the price, and this solution can be moved to the newly planned office building when the old building is demolished.

Solution
The solution is built on a Miniserver GO, Smoke Detector Air, AIR temperature and humidity sensors, Water Sensors and Smart Socket Air. Smart Socket Air ensure the spread of the Air network throughout the building.
The Loxone solution was more cost-effective than the classic cable solution, and it can be transferred in case of demolition of an old office building.
