The challenge was to deliver a comprehensive automation system that could manage an exceptionally complex set of technologies: advanced 3-level HVAC, pool systems, lighting, audio, shading, irrigation, elevator, security, and dynamic energy management — all without overwhelming the user or compromising on comfort or performance.



With so many interconnected systems, ensuring stability, responsiveness, and seamless operation in the background required a solution that is both robust and intelligent.

The residence was equipped with a fully integrated Loxone automation ecosystem, designed to operate silently in the background while delivering a world-class smart living experience. Heating (underfloor, buffer tanks, pool circuits), cooling (VRV systems), ventilation (with presence, CO₂ and humidity-based control), and energy sources (heat pump, gas boiler, PV) are intelligently managed for efficiency and comfort.



Advanced lighting scenes (DALI, DMX), audio zones, blinds (including BREL API integration), pool attractions (massage, counter-current), and irrigation are all automated and context-aware. Access control is seamlessly tied into a Solid security system via SIA DC09, while energy use is precisely monitored. Even the wallbox adapts to surplus PV production, enabling dynamic EV charging.
