Luxurious house on the edge of the forest

Our project focused on the client's desire to create a modern and comfortable home in which the numerous technical systems can be controlled intuitively and conveniently.



Thanks to Loxone, we were able to implement an intelligent building automation system that seamlessly networks all systems and combines them into an efficient, perfectly coordinated overall system. The automation not only controls the lighting, shading, heating and air conditioning, but also ensures maximum security - both for the residents and for the building itself. At the same time, operation remains simple and convenient, so that the building owner can concentrate fully on living and enjoying their home.

In this project, we have implemented an intelligent home control system that combines comfort, energy efficiency and security. Dimmable lighting, a smart shading system and automatic heating control ensure an optimal living climate. The system also controls the entrance gate, door opener and bathroom radiators, while window monitoring ensures greater security.

The ventilation automatically adjusts the air flow rate to the CO₂ concentration, the air conditioning regulates itself and the garage entrance and downpipes are heated depending on the weather. A comprehensive security system protects against burglary, fire and water leaks, while access control enables targeted control.

An integrated audio system, smart garden irrigation and a monitoring system for electrical circuits complete the automation. The house automatically adapts to the presence of the residents and various absence modes can be activated via a touch-flex panel.
