The main requirement of the client was complete independence of this stylish two-storey apartment with lots of terraces and beautiful views of Prague.

Watering control for patio planters
Control of indoor living wall irrigation including water level monitoring in the watering trough and overflow safety sensors
Audio server including recessed speakers
Loxone security system
Loxone Intercom at the entrance to the house
Access to the home via biometric reader and electronic key reader
Camera system connected to Loxone.
