Loxone in a unique interior

The goal of the project was to create an automation system that would complement the home's distinctive interior while remaining virtually invisible to its residents.

The modern living area, dark, elegant interiors, private bar area, and industrial garage create a space with a distinct character. Loxone's brief was to integrate the most important systems into a single, cohesive system, ensuring that the technology emphasizes the comfort and ambiance of the interior, rather than overpowering its design.

Loxone as the Center of a Smart Home
The entire system is managed by the Loxone system, which integrates the building's most important functions and allows them to work together automatically.

Lighting Matched to the Architecture
In this project, light is one of the most important interior elements. Linear, decorative, and spot lighting are combined into scenes tailored to various situations – from everyday use to evening relaxation and gatherings with guests.

Automatic Blind and Curtain Control
Loxone manages window coverings, blinds, and shutters, ensuring the appropriate level of light, privacy, and comfort depending on the time of day and the needs of the residents.

Controlled Thermal Comfort
The system integrates temperature and cooling management, allowing individual rooms to operate according to the individual needs of the users.

Audio as Part of the Interior
Discreetly integrated speakers allow for sound to be provided in selected areas of the home without compromising its aesthetic. Music can accompany residents both in the lounge area and during meetings in the unique bar area.

Automation instead of constant control
The key goal was to reduce the need for apps and buttons. Lighting, blinds, temperature, and other functions can respond to the time of day, occupant presence, and pre-defined scenarios.

Different zones – one system
From a bright, modern living area, to a cozy bar, to a minimalist garage – all spaces can be managed from a single Loxone system, even though each has a completely different character.
