Challenge
This hall in Ravensburg was renovated and extended. It now consists of 10 loft-style residential units, 8 of which were to benefit from intelligent home and building automation.
Solution
Loxone partner E-Team realised the lighting, shading, heating and access system with Loxone. The lighting works depending on presence and is activated exactly where someone is present. Residents can add further lighting scenes at any time via the Loxone app to create the right atmosphere for any occasion. The colour or dimming level of all the lights can be changed with just a few clicks.
In addition to comfort and energy efficiency, the automatic shading also ensures the greatest possible privacy. In summer, the shading ensures that the rooms do not overheat, while in winter the natural warmth is used for heating.
The access system was also realised with Loxone. Access to the building can be managed easily and securely using the free Loxone app.

We carried out a test project here with a smart installation - at the same price as a conventional installation.
