Challenge
The former "beer pub" in Winterberg was converted into a 2-star hotel with a restaurant. As part of this renovation, it was decided to equip the restaurant with intelligent building automation from Loxone.
Solution
A Miniserver and a Miniserver Compact were used to control the lighting, ventilation, multimedia and various safety functions in the sauna and disabled toilet areas.
The lighting and multimedia are now controlled using two individually configured Touch Pure Flex. This means that all the lighting and music in the restaurant can be changed and adapted to the desired mood at the touch of a button. Additional lighting scenarios can be added at any time via the Loxone App to create the right atmosphere for different occasions. The LED strips in particular help to emphasise the cosiness in the restaurant and create a particularly inviting atmosphere.

The owners and operators of several hotels and restaurants primarily demanded intuitive and easy-to-use controls for audio and lighting. The "annoying" switching on and off of countless switches, distributed across several sub-distributions, multiple times a day should be avoided. For this purpose, we implemented the entire lighting and audio control with one Touch Pure Flex in the reception area and one in the catering area.
