This table offers a menu where the light takes on, dish after dish, a changing aspect. We will say no more to let the secret be revealed during your experience for which we have taken up the challenge of mixing technologies to illuminate according to the wishes of Gérard BERTRAND & Chef Laurent CHABERT.
Solution
Thanks to the multi-protocol capability of the Loxone Miniserver, we were able to merge the DALI lights with the DMX lights. To go further, we added Loxone color changing lights. Thus, on a tablet entrusted to the Maitre d'Hôtel, each table can be personalized according to the rhythm of the dishes. The whole room evolves so that the light fills the place to take you.
A true showcase of the Mediterranean art of living while incorporating a touch of modernity, the Art of Living is under the leadership of Chef Laurent Chabert, at the helm for 8 years at Château l'Hospitalet. He is now accompanied by Chef Sommelier Pierre-Alexis Mengual, to offer a unique experience of vertical cuisine in a completely redesigned setting, right between earth and sky. This is where the magic happens, augmented by a place that lives and evolves thanks to discreetly acting technology.
