Managing the entire building, including: lighting for offices, common areas, and manufacturing and training zones (fixed lighting, DALI, and 24VTree dimmers on LED strips), external blinds adjusted according to sun exposure, access control for staff and training clients, security, monitoring of indoor temperatures in each zone, and tracking of the building's main energy consumption, a prerequisite for future development with the implementation of PV production.

Furthermore, involving staff in lighting management, primarily for the laboratory's two client training rooms, with the judicious use and customization of Touch Flex panels for lighting moods (training, conferences, video projection, etc.) and external blinds.

Finally, nighttime cooling during the summer months for the warehouse area using motorized skylights and air inlets.

2 x Miniserver (distributed in 2 TGBT zones: Manufacturing and Offices), Modbus RTU extensions (Electrical energy metering), DALI extension and Tree dimmer (Training area lighting), Nano 2 relay tree (BSO, skylights and motorized new air inlets), Touch Tree in all zones and Tree Presence Detector, Touch Flex for meeting and training rooms.
