The main goal of the project was to streamline and automate the operation of the entire accommodation facility. The solution includes automatic energy reading, consumption billing when using the Wallbox, control of the sauna and wellness zone, and intelligent control of indoor and outdoor lighting, including advertising elements. Another important function is automated access control - from the entrance to the parking lot to the entrance to individual apartments.

The entire building is centrally controlled using the Loxone Miniserver system. All technologies are integrated into it – energy metering, Wallboxes, sauna, wellness and lighting. Energy readings are fully automatic, the values are stored in the system and made available for easy billing to guests. The Wallbox is connected to the accommodation system, so that the consumption during charging is precisely assigned to a specific apartment. The sauna and wellness zone are controlled via touch panels and a mobile application, with the option of a time program and remote switching on.

Lighting in the interior and exterior is controlled based on presence, time and daylight level – this significantly reduces energy consumption and at the same time increases guest comfort. Advertising elements are connected to the same control, so they automatically turn on and off according to set rules.

The access system is also an important part – from the parking lot barrier through the entrance door to the individual apartments. Guests gain access using a card or PIN code, which simplifies administration and increases security.
