The requirements of the company KROS a.s. were to control heating and cooling in such a way that they could have remote supervision over the boiler room with the possibility of switching modes. Furthermore, zone regulation of heating/cooling with control of the air conditioning unit is to be addressed.

The Loxone system takes care of the heating and cooling control in the entire building, with the chiller located on the roof also fully integrated. As a backup source of heating, there are 4 electric boilers in a cascade, which are automatically switched on in the event of a chiller failure. In the event of any change or problem, the administrator is immediately informed by notification.
