Challenge
Because a new district heating system was being installed in Bauma, the heating in the KGH had to be connected to the church's heating system. Since the church already relies entirely on a Loxone control system (heating and lighting), it was a natural choice to use Loxone for this as well.
Solution
The two Loxone systems are connected via Trust and communicate back and forth.
This makes it easy for the customer to monitor and control both buildings.
Since different heating systems are used in the building, different solutions were needed.
The underfloor heating is controlled by the new actuators via TreeBus.
The radiators on the upper floors are controlled via AIR actuators.
The ventilation control, which is based on a WAGO controller, is operated via ModBus-TCP.
Loxone leaves nothing to be desired here, reliably and sustainably controlling the heating and ventilation technology.
