KFZ Baumgartner car dealership

In 2022, a new showroom was opened at the KFZ Baumgartner car dealership. All requirements should be able to be implemented with a single system - so the showroom was automated with Loxone. In addition to lighting, shading, heating and cooling, other functions were also in focus. The biggest challenge in this project was to unify Loxone's efficient energy management with the existing photovoltaic system.

Interior as well as exterior lighting were completely automated with Loxone. Numerous LED strips ensure that the cars are presented in the perfect light. Depending on preference or needs, the lighting mood can be changed easily and individually. By installing the Audioserver, the entire showroom is even in sound, ensuring a pleasant stay.



Security features such as access control, alarm system and fire protection were also implemented with Loxone. Intelligent operating times optimise energy consumption - components are only switched on when they are really needed. The photovoltaic system is integrated into the Loxone system, so that the self-produced energy is optimally used to automate, for example, the heating buffer, heat pump, car charging station and cooling in a sustainable way.



All functions are combined in the Loxone App and can be controlled centrally.
