Office building with in Zeewolde

The client envisioned a commercial building with many technical operations all working as one. Where lighting, heating and cooling were automated to achieve savings in consumption.

For this project, we chose Loxone BMS and almost everything is controlled by it. The alarm system is integrated into the Loxone system, when the security alarm is triggered all fire doors close and the lights go on and off as needed. The temperature in the building is measured by the Touch Pure in each of the rooms and the underfloor heating is controlled based on this and the intelligent automation of the Miniserver.
