Smart house in Ruczaj

The project's goal was to create a modern and comfortable single-family home, harmoniously integrated into the existing development of the Ruczaj district in Krakow. The investor aimed to ensure convenient management of the building's key installations, improve everyday comfort, and efficiently utilize energy and water in the home and garden.

Solution
The building uses a Loxone system to centrally control heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, blinds, and garden irrigation. A heat pump powers the heating and cooling system, working with building automation to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature year-round.

The system also manages mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, electric blinds, and lighting, ensuring convenient home operation both locally and via the app. Additionally, a rainwater tank and garden irrigation system have been integrated, allowing for efficient use of rainwater and reducing daily maintenance of the garden system.
