Smart home Górny Śląsk

The aim of the project was to create a fully integrated home automation system in a residential space where comfort, aesthetics and intuitive operation were of paramount importance.

The client expected all systems – lighting, heating, air conditioning, blinds, security and audio – to function as a single, cohesive unit. The technology was to be discreet, visually minimal and as simple as possible in everyday use.

The Loxone system became the central management platform for the entire apartment, integrating all installations into one logical and automated ecosystem.

As part of the project, we integrated:
• LG air conditioning (multiple units) using LG AC Control AIR,
• underfloor heating control,
• electric interior blinds,
• interior and patio lighting control,
• multiroom audio system in 4 independent zones,
• access automation with a controlled door lock,
• security system including occupancy sensors, flood sensors, and smoke detectors.

Occupancy, temperature, and humidity are monitored throughout the apartment, allowing for dynamic climate and lighting control based on actual space use.

The system automatically manages thermal comfort, blinds' response to external conditions, and lighting scenarios adapted to the time of day and occupant activity. Multiroom audio allows for independent audio control in four zones, creating a cohesive living environment.

Integrated security features—including flood and smoke sensors—allow the system to respond immediately in emergency situations, increasing the safety of residents.

With a single user interface, users benefit from a consistent, intuitive control interface. Most functions operate automatically based on building logic, and full control remains accessible via the app, even remotely.

The result is a smart home where technology remains virtually invisible, making everyday life simpler, more convenient, and safer.
