Challenge
We often hear that intelligent technology in the apartment does not make sense and to use its potential, a free-standing, large-scale building is needed. Nothing more wrong! Solution
Before entering, our eyes are drawn to the NFC Touch Code, thanks to which we will gain access to the apartment, and also enable it to other people when we are not at home.
In the kitchenette combined with the living room, the benefits of the symbiotic effect of Loxone and Miele household appliances were used. Thanks to this marriage, household appliances are used in an extremely ecological and economical way. By using the surplus energy from the photovoltaic installation, the system knows when to start the washing machine or dishwasher, so that the owner does not incur unnecessary costs.
The mini sauna uses climatic lighting as part of color therapy - cyclically changing colors of LED strips subconsciously affect the body and motivate it to better regeneration.
The entire apartment is perfectly suited for socializing and unparalleled experiences, e.g. while watching a movie. Thanks to the comprehensive integration of multiroom audio, we can play music from streaming services, Internet radio, as well as devices with the AirPlay function with a few clicks. Music is even available in the bathroom!
Optimizing shading is an important element not only for our sense of privacy, but also for heating and cooling the apartment. Smart control of the curtain rods makes closing the curtains another thing that the owner no longer has to do.
The apartment uses underfloor heating technology, which is controlled by Loxone Air actuators.
