Improving the energy efficiency of a multi-family building and SPA.

Reducing gas energy consumption. Increasing self-consumption of energy obtained from PV.

To reduce the amount of energy obtained from gas, a number of electrical support devices were used. Heat pump and heaters for hot water, and additional heaters for heating the jacuzzi. Depending on the amount of energy from PV, the Miniserver switches on appropriate heating devices, which relieve the work of the boiler cascade. Additionally, the system examines water consumption and, on this basis, controls hot water circulation, which significantly reduced heat losses.

During sunny periods, the jacuzzi is heated with a dedicated heat pump, if the amount of energy is insufficient, the system is heated with gas.



In the SPA zone, all saunas, salt cave and jacuzzi are controlled by LOXONE automation.

Thanks to access control, tenants have access to the necessary passages using their own single code.
