House with Loxone in Zabierzów

In this project, we fully automated a detached house with Loxone to maximize comfort and efficiency. The system automatically controls blinds that adjust according to the time of day and weather conditions, as well as optimized garden irrigation. Lighting is intelligently controlled by motion detectors and schedules, while preset scenarios cater for different occasions. Heating is adjusted by temperature sensors in each room to optimize energy consumption. In addition, household appliances such as the coffee machine and dishwasher have been integrated so that everything can be conveniently controlled and monitored. The result is a comfortable, energy-efficient and future-proof home.

Slowly but surely, we are reaching our goal: our customers' beautiful home, which is now fully automated with Loxone. We regularly publish photos so that you can experience the progress live.



We have successfully integrated various systems into this construction: Lighting is controlled by LED, DALI and dimmable lights. Blinds automatically adjust to the outside conditions thanks to a weather station connection. The heating and heat pump are efficiently controlled via Loxone thermostatic heads and a ModBus gateway for the pump. A ModBus control system is also used for ventilation and air conditioning.

Another highlight is the multi-room audio system. With the Loxone audio server, almost 20 loudspeakers are divided into 12 independent audio zones so that the right music is played in every room. We have also integrated the garage door and entrance gate with Hormann and control it conveniently via the system. Security was also ensured by integrating the Satel alarm system and an IP CCTV monitoring solution.

This not only makes the house more comfortable, but also safer and more energy-efficient.
