Challenge
The main goal was to bring maximum comfort and energy efficiency to an already occupied family home without the need for radical structural interventions. The owners were looking for a way to unify scattered technologies under one intelligent system that would take care of their safety, well-being and prepare the household for future expansion with renewable energy sources.
Solution
We integrated the Loxone system into the house, which took full control over the key functions of the home. The implementation included:
Comprehensive microclimate control: Intelligent automation of heating and cooling for the optimal temperature in each room.
Light scenes and Audio: Lighting that responds to presence and time of day, complemented by a multiroom audio system for the perfect atmosphere.
Access and security: Keyless entry with advanced access rights management for family members and visitors.
Energy management: Consumption monitoring and intelligent preparation for the integration of photovoltaics (PV), heat pump and pool technology, thus "arming" the house for the future.
