Challenge
The owner approached us with a request to solve a complex electrical installation and propose a smart automated home solution for energy saving and living comfort.
Solution
We designed and implemented a complete Loxone smart home system for our customer. The main goal was to ensure maximum comfort and energy savings, while the system is designed to be easy to operate and expand.
This system includes automatic and manual control with the possibility of light scenes, dimming and activation according to presence. Automated control of heating and blinds, according to the desired temperature in the rooms and the current weather. Integration of sliding gate control. Monitoring of energy consumption, optimization of operation and efficient use of resources, possibility of future integration of a photovoltaic power plant. Access and control from a smartphone via the Loxone application, anytime and anywhere. Thanks to this implementation, the house operates fully automatically, minimizing daily routine tasks while providing owners with maximum comfort and control over the house. The entire system is ready for future expansion, so new functions can easily be added according to the needs of the family.
