The goal is to create a truly smart home where everything works seamlessly with minimal intervention – a single, intuitive system encompassing lighting, blinds, audio, and access control.

This system is scalable, allowing for future expansion without the need for additional hardware or gimmicky applications.

Another challenge for the project manager in allocating work packages is finding the right products without proprietary protocols (blinds, shutters, etc.) to integrate seamlessly into the project.

Initial design with a maximum number of Tree members and network cables for centralization in the main cabinet, and a maximum number of wired members and sensors.

Since the project manager cannot foresee everything, future developments will be implemented over the air (AIR) using the intelligent LOXONE Air mesh network.
