Challenge
The holiday rental is linked to the adjacent private home and Loxone automates the holiday rentals actions and processes.
The holiday home has many different guests and so the owners wanted to avoid the search for all the different buttons and trying to work out what they do. So everything is automated with Loxone, allowing residents to immediately enjoy their holiday.

Solution
The Loxone install included an NFC code touch for easy access control, an eco mode for energy management when the house is not rented out. Further energy saving comes from automated lighting. Loxone also integrates the fire detection and alarm into the system.
