The development comprises luxury villas and studio units equipped with self-check-in and keyless entry systems. To optimize operations and energy consumption, guest services are intended to operate on demand based on occupancy, using presence sensors to automate service activation. An intelligent energy management system is required to efficiently balance power consumption between the solar installation and the main grid while maximizing energy conservation.
