Challenge
There is only one thermostat per floor, so precise control was only possible to a limited extent. Since 5 houses were implemented and they are structurally very different, a wide variety of systems were used. The meadow house, for example, only uses air technology, the forest house uses 1-wire and treestell drives. The irrigation of the buildings was also integrated everywhere.
Solution
The highlight was the Co2-guided ventilation control of the seminar and dining rooms. The buildings could be easily networked to always have control over the system.
The gateway client function made it easy to connect the miniserver. So it was no problem to use 5 Miniserver in the different buildings. Even though we found many different structural conditions, Loxone offered the most flexible possibility to network everything together.
