Engaged mid-construction on this high-quality Passivhaus new build, Life Logic faced the challenge of designing and installing a complete home automation system. The existing construction team lacked familiarity with the necessary technologies, and the post-pandemic budget was tight.

Life Logic's rapid design and offsite construction kept onsite work moving. Collaboration between Life Logic and the existing construction and electrical team brought the vision to life. A blend of technologies balanced budget and control, achieving a bespoke lighting design.

Passive stack ventilation and mechanical heat recovery manage ventilation, while heating and multiroom audio adapt to occupancy, creating a comfortable, modern family home.
