For PowerBox Systems, the world market leader in electronic power supply systems for model making, the goal was to integrate all building control, access control, and monitoring functions into a single system. A particular challenge was integrating the external fire alarm components into the system, as well as the 75kW photovoltaic system with 21kW energy storage.

The fire protection concept stipulates that external smoke detectors and manual fire alarms, as well as the specified intrusion detection contacts, must be hardwired. These were ideally integrated into the overall security concept via the open Loxone interfaces. Security personnel receive immediate information about the status of the security functions via the Loxone Caller Service.

The photovoltaic system with energy storage was integrated via the Loxone energy management system and configured as a surplus feed-in system to utilize the generated energy primarily for the heat pump, charging stations, and lighting.

Access to the building's interior is provided via NFC Code Touch and intercom systems.

Each room was equipped with a custom-configured Touch Pure Flex for clear and intuitive room control.
