The task wasn't so simple. The requirements were that it should be largely automated, future-proof, and easily adaptable. An office building where you don't have to worry about anything. Actually, it seemed tailor-made for Team Green.

Initially, the focus was primarily on lighting and shading, but the client quickly discovered that Loxone could combine everything in a single visualization, and so the project grew steadily. More and more functions were added, which, thanks to LOXONE's flexibility, could be implemented easily and quickly.

Thanks to the numerous interfaces, everything in the building runs automatically. Whether it's access control, automatic lighting, or ventilation, no matter the issue, there's always a solution. Great emphasis was also placed on energy management and monitoring of critical infrastructure.

Thanks to the intuitive visualization via the app and alerts via email or phone, the building management system misses nothing and can react as quickly as possible.
