Company HQ in Bad Leonfelden

In the new company headquarters in Bad Leonfelden, there was the requirement for all building technologies to be united under one roof - from building services to energy management and electrical installation. In order to meet the high standards of efficiency, convenience and security, the entire building was equipped with Loxone technology.

A central element was the access control system, which enables individual authorizations for around 70 employees and secures various work areas. In addition, intelligent, energy-saving lighting ensures optimum lighting conditions with minimal energy consumption.

The air conditioning and heating solution combines a pellet heating system with an air heat pump, which efficiently heats and cools the building. Another highlight is the comprehensive energy management system, which integrates the 14 charging stations for electric vehicles and the PV system, among other things. Thanks to the fully automated control system from Loxone, the entire building runs seamlessly, united together and ensures energy-efficient, convenient and safe operation of the company headquarters.

Loxone as the perfect solution for automation!

In order to meet all the requirements for intelligent building automation, a total of four Miniservers were installed - one for heating control and three for building management. Thanks to the combination of 1-Wire, Modbus, Tree and Relay Extension as well as the Loxone Weather Station, efficient control of the heating and building was achieved.

Around 32 NFC Code Touch devices were used for access control, while the Loxone Wallboxes enabled intelligent charging management. Lighting control was optimally implemented using the DALI extension in combination with the daylight function block.

The delivery of goods was also smartly integrated - with the Loxone Intercom and Stereo Extensions. The system is rounded off by an alarm system with Presence Sensors and an Alarm Siren, which ensures maximum security.
