Challenge
A new family home was built, where a young family was looking for a comprehensive solution to manage the individual technologies in their home. The investors knew from the start that they wanted the Loxone system.
Solution
The planning and design of the solution took place before the start of the construction itself. Thanks to detailed planning, the implementation took place without problems and on time. The Loxone system takes care of:
- Lighting
- Shading using front window blinds.
- Heating using a heat pump and hot water underfloor heating.
- Control of the power of the heat recovery unit as needed.
- Protection against overheating
- Measurement of energy consumption
- Data transfer to the MoistureGuard system, which is used to monitor humidity in the building structure.
- And much more, such as detecting the operation of the hob and automatically starting the hood.
Everything is also dimensioned and prepared for future expansion, especially access control and efficient use of water from the retention tank.
