The investor started thinking about an intelligent cabling solution during the project phase. After a meeting and a presentation of the Loxone system, he decided that he wanted an all-in-one system, but the overall budget was also important. The main focus was on heating control, but eventually other areas of home automation were added.

When designing the overall system for the house, great emphasis was placed on minimalism. When pulling the cabling, the client decided to include lighting, shading, security and audio controls in the project, as he believed the potential of the Loxone system was enormous. After the handover, software options were added to the system on an ongoing basis, such as measuring the energy consumption of the underfloor heating with visualisation in diagrams or controlling it according to presence or the current tariff.
