For this new building, the customer required a partially smart installation, but had clear ideas about the lighting, which served as the basis for the entire concept. In addition, the requirement to record the temperature in all rooms was a central component of the project.

In this project, a Miniserver was used, supplemented by RGBW Dimmer Tree, 1-Wire Extension and an Energy Meter 3-Phase Tree. The lighting is mainly controlled by presence sensors, which also help to secure the house. The smart electricity meter monitors energy consumption and enables the app to calculate the electricity price based on consumption.

In some rooms, the customer only wanted to measure the temperature, which is why 1-Wire temperature sensors were installed there. The house is also equipped with a fireplace that has a Timpex system for automatic fire regulation. Loxone reads the data from this system and can, for example, send a notification to restore the burning process after a touch. In addition, the system offers the option of integrating access to the house as well as the control of garage and gate drives.
