Family house Trebovice

The owners of a new family house in Třebovice near Česká Třebová wanted to design the electrical installation from the beginning so that the house would be ready for modern technologies and intelligent home management. They were looking for a solution that would enable the interconnection of individual technologies in the house and at the same time bring greater comfort, an overview of the household operation and efficient use of energy.

As part of the project, the family home was equipped with a smart home system that connects and controls individual technologies in the home. The system provides automatic control of lighting, shading, heating, cooling and ventilation to ensure high living comfort and efficient operation of the home. The implementation also includes the integration of a multimedia system for the home's sound system, an access system for convenient control of the entrance and security of the building. At the same time, the owners have an overview of energy consumption and can easily monitor and optimize the energy operation of the home.
