Family Trutter

The clients' requirement was clear: they did not want an "ordinary" smart home. Our longtime Loxone partner, Tobias Berger, loves such challenges and made this his project. Besides lighting, the energy management and other functions were to be implemented with Loxone.

The lighting was implemented via RGBW spots as well as LED strips, also in warm white and cool white throughout the building. A total of 22 speakers, connected to the Loxone audio server, provide perfect sound in the Trutter family's smart home. An intelligent shading system controlled by Geiger motors ensures the optimal climate in every room. The energy demand of the building with wellness components, such as sauna or Jacuzzi, is optimally controlled by the appropriate load and energy management from Loxone. The heat pump as well as two wallboxes for e-cars are also integrated into the building automation and are supplied with (surplus) energy by the PV system.



Furthermore, all features such as access control or alarm system were realized with Loxone.
