Smart Home Dingolfing

Our customer wanted an intelligent building that independently performs actions to optimize the indoor climate, shading and lighting mood to make everyday tasks easier. The aim of this project was to respond to and fulfill the customer's wishes and requirements. The result is a comfortable and safe living environment.

The lighting has been realized through well-considered lamp planning and smart solutions, mostly via DALI. Multimedia is also available in almost all rooms to increase living comfort. Thanks to presence detection, lighting and music are switched on exactly where someone is present.



An automated shading system in conjunction with a weather station and underfloor heating controlled by Loxone actuators ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Thanks to the button assignment of the air conditioning system, it is easy to switch between heating and cooling. The ventilation system has also been integrated into the Loxone system - the owners can call up various status messages at any time in the Loxone app.



A comprehensive access system, which was implemented with an NFC code touch in combination with a Loxone intercom, ensures the security of the building and its residents. An alarm system, smoke detectors and water sensors were also integrated into the Loxone system.



The energy storage unit was also integrated into the system. The energy flow monitor clearly displays the energy flow in the building in the Loxone app. The charging management of the wallboxes is also automatically controlled with this in mind.



The garden irrigation system was also automated.
