Escape Room in Gersthofen

A new escape room called "Heilstätte" opened up in the Exus Sporterlebnis Welt in Gersthofen, where visitors are able to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the early 20th century while solving puzzles. This escape room needed to be given a special flair - with the help of intelligent home and building automation. A crucial point is the reliability of the technology also, to ensure a consistent experience for the players.

The Loxone Miniserver controls the lighting, audio and the various puzzles in the Heilstätte. It was particularly challenging to combine the old props with the new technology. For example, by automating the release of magnets, an old telephone is now "smart" and integrated into the system, or how the opening of a door is triggered after the players enter the correct colour code.



The RGBW Spots provide a variety of lighting moods to create an authentic atmosphere in the room. The background music is also automated by the Audioserver operating the stereo extensions.
