Challenge
The lighting and shading systems should be controlled in such a way that the employees of Holzbau Erni can operate them easily and efficiently. At the same time, access for authorized persons should be organized simply and securely.
Solution
Lighting:
The DALI lighting is centrally controlled and automatically switches off all lights when employees leave the premises. Exterior and reception lighting are optimally controlled via twilight functions and timers, while presence detectors in offices and common areas ensure demand-based lighting and maximum energy efficiency.
Shading:
Sun-position-dependent control ensures that workstations are protected from glare and that rooms remain efficiently climate-controlled.
Access:
Access is granted via NFC code touch, allowing employees time-controlled access according to their authorization levels.
