Energy optimization single-family home

Prior to the implementation, the awnings, sauna, heat pump, and photovoltaic system with inverter were all implemented as separate, individual systems. These isolated solutions made centralized operation difficult, offered no comprehensive automation, and prevented efficient energy coordination of the individual components. The goal was to integrate all systems into a unified platform to significantly improve comfort, transparency, and energy efficiency.

The existing individual systems were completely dismantled and systematically converted to Loxone. All functions now run centrally via the Loxone system and can be operated and automated uniformly.

The awnings are intelligently controlled based on weather data, solar radiation, and wind, actively contributing to optimizing the indoor climate.

The heat pump is now fully controlled by Loxone and integrated into the energy management system. In conjunction with the photovoltaic system and the inverter, energy use is optimized and self-consumption is maximized.

The complete conversion to Loxone transformed several independent systems into a homogeneous, high-performance, and future-proof overall system.
