Energy-efficient future

Our customer wanted to take a step towards sustainability and cover their energy needs from renewable sources. To achieve this, our customer needed an intelligent and efficient energy management system that would not only reduce costs but also optimise the entire energy infrastructure. One challenge we faced was to ensure seamless integration of the Loxone Energy Management System, adapted to the different requirements of the production hall and offices, so that all energy systems could be efficiently networked and monitored. In addition, the operational processes in production and offices had to be disrupted as little as possible during installation in order to avoid downtime.

Together with Die Energie GmbH, 552 solar modules were installed on the roofs of the production hall and part of the offices, covering a total of 1,072 m². This means that a considerable proportion of the energy requirement will be covered by renewable sources in the future. The Loxone energy management system was integrated and now all energy systems are intelligently networked and can be intuitively adjusted and monitored.
