The customer purchased an already completed apartment and approached us with the following requirements: controlling the underfloor heating, automating the blinds, controlling the lighting both in the house and in the garden, integrating a well control system and providing a user-friendly visualization.

We opted for Loxone because we installed all components wired wherever possible. Areas where cable installation was not feasible were supplemented with the reliable AIR products. For lighting control, we set up scenes that the customer can customize themselves.



To make it easier to clean the blinds and windows, we integrated two special buttons into the visualization: The “Window cleaning” button deactivates the automatic shading and the blinds move upwards. The “Blind cleaning” button ensures that the blinds are lowered and the slats are brought into an optimum position.
