In the apartment, all comfort areas – lighting, shading, heating, cooling, audio, access and security – should be efficiently controlled and coordinated to provide residents with maximum comfort and ease of use.
Solution
Lighting: Centrally controlled RGBW spotlights from LOXONE with night lighting, presence simulation, and an "away" function.
Shading & Climate Control: Sun position and temperature-dependent control for optimal comfort in all rooms; heating and cooling integrated.
Audio: LOXONE Audio for background music via internet radio or directly from your smartphone, with automatic shut-off when leaving a room or apartment.
Access & Security: NFC Code Touch for the front door, alarm integration, window and door contacts, and presence detectors for absence mode. Twilight-dependent presence simulation protects against break-ins.
The LOXONE outdoor intercom system by René Koch was integrated via a SIP gateway, allowing residents convenient access and communication via the LOXONE app.
