Discreet intelligence

The goal of the project was to create a comprehensive automation system for a modern home, where the technology remains discreet and fits seamlessly into the minimalist interior architecture.

Simple forms, natural materials, light surfaces, and black details required a solution that wouldn't disrupt the interior design. Therefore, the Loxone system is responsible for the residents' daily comfort, remaining largely invisible and operating automatically in the background.

Loxone as a Home Management Center
The heart of the system is the Loxone Miniserver, which integrates the building's most important functions and allows for the creation of automations tailored to the residents' daily lives.
Intelligent Lighting Control
Lighting plays a special role in this home. Light points, linear lighting, and striking architectural highlights create various scenes and allow you to completely change the character of the interior with a single touch or automatically.
Loxone Touch – Minimum Buttons, Maximum Possibilities
We have replaced classic sets of multiple switches with elegant Loxone Touch panels. A single switch allows you to control several room functions while maintaining a cohesive and minimalistic interior design.
Occupancy Sensors
Discreetly mounted sensors let the system know when a room is in use. This allows the lights and other home functions to respond automatically, eliminating the need to constantly press buttons.
Loxone Access Control
NFC Code Touch is installed at the entrance, allowing access to the home via a personalized code or compatible NFC tag. The entire system is directly connected to the building's automation system. Window Shading Automation
The system can manage blinds and shades based on the time of day and current conditions, increasing the comfort of room use and reducing the need for manual control.

Facade and Entrance Lighting
The distinctive light lines used on the facade and entrance area have been integrated into the building's automation system. This ensures the building's architecture remains consistent even after dark, and the lighting can operate according to pre-defined scenarios.

Technology Matching the Interior
Black and white Loxone elements have been selected to complement the materials and colors of the individual rooms. In this project, the automation is not an addition to the architecture—it is an integral part of it.
