Challenge
Based on the existing installation and the client's wishes, we developed a plan so that the adjustments could be implemented within three weeks.
Solution
We implemented this project with Loxone by integrating the entire installation into a single smart system. Heating, cooling, ventilation, access, security, energy, and cooling are now centrally controlled and coordinated. This ensures greater comfort, optimal safety, and more efficient energy consumption – entirely in line with the client's wishes. A unique aspect of this location is that it accommodates multiple users.
We chose Loxone because it's a comprehensive and flexible system that can integrate all the building's technology. Unique to this location is that multiple users can now let themselves in at pre-arranged times. This is very easy for the administrator to configure, and the system only operates in the rooms they're using.
