Large domain with house and stables

The project is spread over several hectares of pasture land. Providing flexible access to 3rd parties was an absolute must. Aligning all technologies (safety, comfort and climate control) over a greater distance was a challenge. With so many end users, controlling energy costs without automation is out of the question.

Access to the domain, house and outbuildings for all residents and 3rd parties works through the Loxone NFC Code Touch. Ad hoc access (across the entire domain and beyond) is easily monitored and completed with the Loxone app. Wireless network coverage across the entire land was necessary to control everything smoothly. All indoor climate elements were automated (heat pump, ventilation, sun blinds, air conditioning). Monitoring is supported by sensors and camera. Multiroom audio is controlled with the Loxone Audioserver. Lighting moods are executed by modular lighting (DALI dimming). Even the electric fencing around the meadows is automated!
