A smart home in every sense. The ability to act and the confidence of the builder has led to 50 applications - both basic ones, such as the control of recuperation, air conditioning, heat pump and underfloor heating - and premium ones for the largest construction solutions.

Equipped with our proprietary smart storage system. The alarm was activated in the parking sensors, the Pixel Led strip that appeared at the garage door opener and the cars in Homelink.

We programmed the wake-up detection functions to switch on the solar lights a few minutes before a welcome voice message - with the time and weather forecast. In accordance with the Investor's wishes - the extra days are read as the Euro rate and necessary.

We integrated the home cinema and created 8 stereo zones and 2 mono zones of the Loxone Audioserver and Quadral ceiling switch. Selected water action zones.

The building equipped with a solar roof with energy storage, which was connected to the Loxone system.

Security was a major concern. Thanks to full access control, the developer can monitor the movement in the building, e.g. allowing a private person in during his absence. We paid a great deal of attention to the programmed day and night lighting control in the DALI system with integrated lighting. We used active shading, activating blinds and roof window roles so that it would later work from a passive building event.
