Smart Country House

In this project, a traditional country house was extensively modernized and equipped with an ecological and economical heating system. By integrating Loxone, we were not only able to optimize the efficiency of the heating system, but also implement remote monitoring of all central building features. This gives the owner an overview of the heating system and the building's most important parameters at all times - conveniently and regardless of location.

The NIBE geothermal heat pump was seamlessly integrated via the Modbus TCP/IP protocol - an efficient communication standard that enables a reliable connection to the Loxone system.



The underfloor heating was controlled using 24V solenoid valves, which allow precise individual room control. The current room temperature is recorded by 1-Wire temperature sensors, which ensures energy-efficient and needs-based control.

The Touch Pure Flex Tree is used for manual operation on site. It enables users to intuitively make individual temperature settings directly in the respective room.

The exterior lighting and selected interior lighting have also been integrated into the Loxone system and can be controlled automatically or manually. The system can be conveniently monitored and operated remotely via the Loxone app - at any time and from anywhere.
