Single-family house in Kalonka

The implementation of Loxone automation on prepared cabling by another team was, to put it mildly, poor :)

In a modern single-family house with an area of 150 m², we have carried out a comprehensive installation of the intelligent Loxone system.



Automatic control of indoor and outdoor lighting (motion sensors, schedules, light scenes),



Intelligent heating divided into zones, controlled depending on the presence of household members and the time of day,



Automatic roller blinds with sun protection and night darkening functions,



Integration with a video intercom and entrance gate,



Alarm system and presence simulation,



Central control via a mobile application and physical Touch Tree buttons.



The system has been configured to work intuitively and does not require daily maintenance - the house "knows" what to do, and the user gains more peace and comfort every day.
