The investment involved the installation of a Loxone smarthome system to manage the building's lighting and heating.

Part of the lighting was implemented using Dali luminaires, in the remaining part we used traditional luminaires but powered by 24V controlled by dimmers, which allowed us to obtain dimmable lighting in 98% of the building. RGBW strips were installed in the corridors, living room, bathrooms and rooms. All rooms were equipped with loudspeakers and touch tree and one touch pure on each floor. The heating system included control of underfloor heating distributors, integration with the heat pump, control of circulation pumps, additional measurement of the CO buffer. Additional logic was used in the heating which increases the efficiency of the heating system. In the ventilation system we integrated a recuperator which works in automatic mode and its operation depends on humidity and CO2. A smoke sensor was installed in the technical rooms. Internal and external blinds were installed and integrated in the living room. Dimmable 230V lighting and RGBW strips were installed outside the building. The main switchboard is equipped with an energy meter tree 3f and a refrigerator and freezer power control system, users are informed about all failures using the audio system and the application. The building now houses a tree weather station, which plays a significant role in shading and heating, and in the near future will be an important element in irrigation and garden lighting control.
