The house is a new build, with the project being fairly easy - seeing it as a learning experience and due to my knowledge in programming it was much easier to navigate the config. The only challenge was choosing the correct devices for a certain function - however, I got it right.

The client requested a complete smart solution however opted out for a separate heating control system. The project contains Loxone spots for the kitchen, sitting room, Atrium and living room. Multiroom audio for 15 rooms in the house. Third party down lights for the bedrooms, lobby, Ensuites and WCs which is controlled by Loxone dimmer extensions (4). Also, another main feature is smart security.
